It concerns the drafting and submission of an objection against the content of the posted forest map. The service is provided throughout Greece and in the areas where the procedure is within the prescribed time limit. The submission is done electronically through the electronic platform “e-KTIMATOLOGIO” followed by the preparation and mailing of an analog file with all the required supporting documents attached.

The cost of the above service includes:

• Electronic, postal or live receipt of the required supporting documents
• Drafting and submission of the objection per plot through the electronic platform “e-KTIMATOLOGIO“
• Electronic sending (via e-mail) of the payment of the objection fee to the respective owner
• Preparation and postal sending (to the competent Directorate of Forests) of an analog file (which includes all the supporting documents) as well as its expenses
• Preparation of a technical report in support of the submitted objection
• Electronic sending (via e-mail) of the receipts for the submission of the objection as well as the corresponding document for the provision of services

The cost of the above service does not include:

• Payment of the objection fee which varies depending on the area of each plot and concerns the owner and not the service provided
• Autopsy on the plot which, if necessary, is carried out after consultation with the owner and the cost varies depending on the location and area.
• Presence in the capacity of technical consultant during the objection examination process by the competent committee. This service is provided in consultation with the owner and the cost varies depending on the location.
