It concerns the preparation and submission of a declaration to the National Land Registry in printed or electronic form. The service is provided throughout Greece in areas where the process is within the stipulated deadline.

The cost of the above service includes:

• Electronic, postal or live receipt of the required supporting documents
• Submission of a declaration in printed form (live visit to the competent cadastral office) or in electronic form (through the electronic platform “e-KTIMATOLOGIO“) per right. For example, if an owner owns 50% of a plot of land, it is considered a right. The other 50% is considered another right, etc. In another case if an owner owns 25% of a plot of land and 100% of another plot of land, then these are 2 rights and are charged separately.
• Electronic sending (via e-mail) of the cadastral fee payment receipt to the respective owner
• Electronic sending (via e-mail) of the receipts for the submission of the declaration as well as of the corresponding document for the provision of services

The cost of the above service does not include:

• Payment of the cadastral fee (varies depending on the location of the plot, the type of property and the number of rights) which concerns the respective owner and not the provided service.
• Drafting of a topographic diagram or the creation of an orthophoto map of the national cadastre which are provided as a service after communication with the respective owner and their cost varies depending on the location, area and method of production.
